We consider our staff to be our greatest asset, their professionalism and dedication determine the success and reputation of the care home. Our staff will always play a very important role in the resident’s welfare.

The personal care is delivered by a team of staff who receive training in all aspects of their work from both external and in-house sources. All operational staff are working towards or have exceeded NVQ level II. The staffing levels ensure that residents are cared for safely and have access to care staff 24 hours a day.

The team also has one part time maintenance person who is supported by qualified electricians, heating engineers, builders and decorators contracted in when necessary.
The operational staff and residents are supported by the Senior Management Team – namely the Manager/Proprietor and the Assistant Manager.

A number of community services are available to residents on a regular basis on site including local GPs on a call out basis, chiropody every 8 weeks and up to two hairdressing visits per week, mobile dentist and optician.
